Nicholas S. Alexandroff began his legal career in 2015 at one of the top plaintiff’s civil litigation
firms, where he gained extensive experience in catastrophic injury, mass torts, class actions, and
employment matters. Nicholas joined the Alexandroff Law Group in 2020 and oversees the pre-
litigation department at ALG as well as the operations and management of the firm.
Nicholas continues to focus his practice on all areas of civil litigation, including personal and
catastrophic injury, mass torts, wildfire litigation, class actions, and employment matters.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, Nicholas earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola
Law School. He is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, as well as the United States
District Court, Central District of California, and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys
Association of Los Angeles.

Andrew Alexandroff, Esq.
Andrew Alexandroff is a trial lawyer with the Alexandroff Law Group and specializes in personal injury and employment cases throughout California and Nevada. Andrew’s passionate advocation for his client stems from his ability to empathize and connect with his client’s story.
Andrew graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington, with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. During his time working at a premier trial firm in Los Angeles, he specialized in cases involving catastrophic injuries and mass tort litigation.
Andrew is a member of the State Bar of California and Nevada and is a member of the Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and donating his time to various Los Angeles based charities and providing pro bono services.
Rodrigo Suarez, Esq.
Rodrigo “Rod” Suarez is Of Counsel at ALG with more than 20 years of experience in the legal
field. Most of his career has been dedicated to personal injury law, helping clients navigate
difficult times after accidents and injuries. He’s handled hundreds of cases involving injuries,
property concerns, and product issues, always focusing on finding the right solution for each
individual.
Rod takes pride in evaluating cases thoroughly, developing clear strategies, and guiding clients
through every step—whether it’s managing discovery, taking depositions, or preparing for trial.
He’s been in the courtroom on both sides—representing plaintiffs and defending clients—giving
him a unique perspective that helps him negotiate effectively and pursue the best outcome for his
clients.
Rod graduated with honors from Universidad Dr. Jose Matias Delgado in El Salvador in 2004,
and earned his law degree from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2008, where he
graduated Magna Cum Laude. He’s admitted to practice in California, Texas, and before the El
Salvador Supreme Court. Rod is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los
Angeles.
Adam F. Mirza
Adam F. Mirza is a trial lawyer that has been an active, committed attorney for clients in personal injury civil litigation and transactional matters (corporate, regulatory compliance, and real estate) for over a decade. He is a motivated and zealous advocate, aggressively pursuing justice and top dollar for each of his clients. In addition to practicing law, Adam is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified Public Accountant.
Adam is an alumnus of the University of Toronto, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in business management and accounting and of Cleveland State University, where he earned both his Juris Doctorate of Law degree and a Masters of Business Administration degree.
Outside of the office, Adam enjoys being active and is an avid weightlifter and sports enthusiast. He also enjoys reading, spending time with his dog and traveling, having visited six of seven continents (all except Antarctica) and over 70 countries.
Brandon Dawoodtabar ‘Tabar’
“Brandon Dawoodtabar ‘Tabar’ is a trial lawyer with the Alexandroff Law Group and brings years of experience in general litigation to the firm. While his roots are with the injured, Brandon has spent most of his career in civil defense litigation, handling premises liability, motor vehicle/trucking accidents, product liability, and wrongful death cases. In doing so, he worked closely with and became familiar with insurance companies and adjusters, including the various tactics and strategies used on that side.
Brandon has since returned to his roots and utilizes the valuable experience he gained while working with insurance companies to now fight for injured Californians.
Brandon attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and obtained a degree in History, and subsequently Loyola Law School, for his J.D. While at Loyola, Brandon participated in a Pro Bono clinic where he assisted low-income debtors file Bankruptcy and obtain relief from their debt. He is admitted to practice in all California State Courts. In his free time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and various forms of exercise/physical activity, whether it’s jogging or hiking, and enjoys being outside.”
